Musim Hujan
hujan yang turun semakin deras
payung-payung yang kami bawa tidak lagi mengatasinya
namun tetap
Payung terbuka yang bergoyang-goyang
air yang menitis dari pinggir-pinggir payung itu,
berpayungkan tuhan yang maha esa
hanya Dia berkuasa
memayungi
kita yang berpayung
di bawahNya sentiasa…
Raindrops falling,
From the sky.
Put up an umbrella,
Nice and dry.
Showers over,
Sun aglow,
See the pretty flowers,
In a row,
Circles, here,
No triangles,
rectangles,
diamonds
or squares
Just
circles
on circles
everywhere!
The first umbrella is red.
It keeps rain off my head.
The second umbrella is yellow
For a very lucky fellow.
The third umbrella is blue.
It is one that I drew.
The fourth umbrella is brown.
I will carry it to town.
The fifth umbrella is green
Fit for a king or a queen!
Umbrellas help in many ways.
This black one is for rainy days.
In summer, when there’s too much sun,
I carry this bright yellow one.
This umbrella pink and neat
Fits at the table where I eat.
This red one when I put it up
Looks like an upside-down big cup.
Umbrella go up
When the rain falls down,
When the rain falls down on me.
Umbrellas go up
When the weather’s wet
To keep the rain off me!
Umbrella go up
When the sun shines down
On a hot day by the sea.
Umbrellas go up
When the weather’s hot
to keep the sun off me!
Here’s my new Umbrella.
Wide and high.
It keeps me cozy, warm and dry.
If the rain starts falling from the sky
Just open me up and you’ll stay dry
Put up your umbrella
When the rain comes down.
Wear a happy smile
And wipe away a frown.
Splash in all the puddles
And do a little dance.
Rain is just the thing we need
For watering the plants.
